Administration

Ms. Hajni

In 1981 Ms. Hajni immigrated to the United States from Budapest, Hungary with her husband, William. Prior to coming to the states, she attended college in Kecskemet, Hungary for five years to become a certified kindergarten teacher. She has also attended Cleveland State for three semesters. Ms. Hajni is best known for her tenure as Director at Murton’s Child Development Center from 1985 – 2012 where she ran a program that received two stars in the step up to quality program and the confidence of every parent in Fairview Park. She is an active member of the Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce as well. She also raised an exuberant son, Willie who we were fortunate to have as part of our staff for a few short months. It is an understatement to say that we are both honored and lucky that Ms. Hajni joined our staff in February 2013. She has already guided us to our first star and we look forward to having her lead us toward having the same reputation that she built for Murton’s through the years.

Ms. Michele

Ms. Michele graduated from Kent State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Architecture. In 1999, Michele began her own architecture practice and soon daycare owners from all over Cuyahoga County started retaining her services to design their childcare facilities. Twelve years and 42 facilities (and expansions) later, she finally designed her own. It is her hope that those years of design experience are apparent in the warm, loving environment she created at Bee My Baby. Her philosophy is that environment, as well as a strong creative curriculum, will allow children to thrive and develop into their true selves. Michele is married and lives in Bay Village. She mixes her work week with practicing architecture and working behind the scenes at Bee My Baby. She is certified in First Aid and CPR and trained in child abuse and communicable disease. She also is trained in the USDA food program.
